Football is the first game coming to Dueling History, and it works with any subject you teach — health, math, literature, government, biology, anything.

How it plays
Two teams line up on opposite ends of the field and the scoreboard starts at 0–0. Answer a question correctly and your team advances toward the end zone. Before each question, students choose how much they want to risk:
- Safe Play — 10 yards. A multiple-choice question. Smaller gain, but the answer choices are right there.
- Risky Play — 20 yards. A fill-in-the-blank question. Double the yardage, with nothing to guess from.
Any subject, same field
The screenshot above shows a health lesson on addiction, but nothing on the board is tied to that topic. You type your own questions and answers into the setup screen and rename the two teams, and the same field becomes a vocabulary review, a unit on the Constitution, a fractions drill, or a lab-safety quiz.
